How Did I Do It?

I have been doing this online money making thing since 2009…. that’s almost 16 years of my doing it full time.

I’ve never done anything else either so I know this thing like the back of my hand. I live and breathe this stuff.

….and in my years of experience what I’ve noticed it people who OWN PRODUCTS make the most amount of money.

Affiliates take the risk, spend money on traffic and get paid ONLY when they make sales.

The product owners ONLY owe commissions on SALES MADE. Risk free proposition really..

…So in order to add another 6 figure income stream to my business I knew I had to create a product.

That was the obvious way forward.

The Basic Building Blocks of a Good Product:

Step 1: Product Creation

Once I had this premise I started working on my product.

I had a unique approach to selling products online that produces amazing results whenever I want to promote anything.

It’s a completely different approach where I give away stuff to get sales.

So instead of being pushy I attract sales by being HELPFUL upfront.

I thought if I teach this method to a few people – that could be a killer product idea.

Building Blocks	Idea Validation
The product must solve a big/painful problem.	Helps people get 5-10 sales daily without being salesly/pushy.
The target market must be easy to reach.	Millions in this audience and easy to reach through Facebook.
The product must deliver results.	Instead of a sales letter, I do a demonstration and show my results.
It must be something NEW	Giving stuff away for getting sales? YES SIR! It’s New!
It must be believable.	I Show results instead of just telling them it works. SHOW don’t TELL will always get more sales!

I packaged up the material and made it into an info-product.

It usually takes people a long time to do this part but since I’ve been doing it for a long long time I kinda have a hang of these things.

…So I recorded the videos, edited and uploaded them onto a delivery platform so when someone buys they get access to it immediately.

Now the $9 front end offer was ready.

I started testing it knowing fully well I’d lose money because $9 is too less of a profit to make per sale to justify any traffic spend.

Thankfully, I owned and operated the #1 email ads directory in the world for over a decade before I sold that company back in 2022….

So I had a decent sized email list (you don’t need an email list with the shortcut I give you)….

I sent out an email to a part of my list to test if the product would sell (concept validation) and it did great.

I sold 72 something copies in less than 48 hours and that told me that the concept I thought of was working.

PROOF OF CONCEPT is what I wanted and I got it.

The next step was creating One-Time Offers and addons to make sure the offer is scalable.

The OTO (one time offers) basically are offers that make getting results FASTER, EASIER or CHEAPER in exchange of some more money.

So you get people in with a low ticket front end offer and then funnel them to higher priced products and get the most out of your funnel.

It’s just a more convenient option for people who value their time over trying to figure out all themselves.

And so I created 3 OTOs: $9 BUMP, $77 and $297.

And then recorded the (1) content videos for the OTOs, (2) wrote and recorded the video sales letters and (3) tested it again to another part of my email list.

This time the full fledged funnel that I taped together before polishing it and tweaking it in STEP 2.

I collected a total of $38,981 in the first 10 days of this email campaign going out.

Now STEP 1 was done and battle tested. Time to step forth…

Step 2: The Funnel

Once I had the product and the sales letters written and recorded on video I knew I had to put it on a funnel that would convert well.

Here’s how the funnel looks NOW:

I added scripts and tools that would make it easier for customers to buy.

I did all my copywriting magic and put together the final funnel (that is the funnel one that did $101,854… ofcourse there are months of small tweaks).

I’ve tested different variations of the funnel, different one-time offers, different pricing, different countries, different headlines…. a ton of stuff over the last 8 months.

So what you’re looking at is the ROLLS ROYCE version even though I probably started with a TOYOTA.

And that’s how it usually works.

Most people put together a website and quit in the first month when they don’t make sales.

I’ve been tweaking it for months and that is the KEY.

Taking a look at the data, testing and improving stuff.

The tools I used were very simple too.

TOOLS USED: I just used WordPress and a theme called Optimizepress.

Because tools don’t matter! and I HATE recurring fees.

Step 3: Traffic

There is only so many times I can email the same offer to the same email list without subscribers getting pissed off.

….the sign of a truly scalable offer is if you can run PAID traffic to it and make money back + SOME MORE.

In my case I’ve been running ads since 2016 so I know a fair bit about ads…especially on facebook.
